~Fangs of Premise~""edited and finalized first page

Please don't copy this and make it your own...

I woke perplexed and throbbing with pain in random parts all around my body. Alice, my friend, sat at my corner starring at me with an unfathomable expression. I moaned as I seated myself up right, examining the infirmary room. Charcoal colored curtains were drawn to block the gaze of the sun in the window at the end of the lengthy room. I fixed my eyes on Alice, and with my dry mouth I began to speak, my tone of voice out of the ordinary.
“So…,” I progressed, “What’s the verdict?”
Alice, whose new found excitement fluttered into her voice, began to stutter,
“I didn’t think you would be up and speaking so soon! I hope you are feeling all right Veronica. The doctor said you have nothing more than a couple of cuts here and there in addition to the sprained ankle on your left foot, although the rest of your body seems to be in a regular condition.”
I grunted in response.
“Do you want anything to drink, a coke or an iced tea?” Alice inaugurated; optimism in her blue eyes.
“A cup of water would be great.” A crooked smile formed into my pale face.
“Whatever you say,” She grinned, “I’ll be right back.” Alice swiftly lifted herself off of her chair and slid through the door, past the curve into the piercingly quiet hall-way. I sat inspecting the gashes in my arms, and the bruises I could feel under the emerald green polka-dot dress that the ambulance had replaced with my sweater and jeans. I weaved my long ruby-colored hair to the back of my neck; then with curiosity I examined the pressure cuff a nurse had most likely situated on my wrist earlier, while I was still unconscious. I removed the cuff unhurriedly, waiting for Alice to return with the water I had asked her for moments before. I unwrapped myself from the blankets that were fastened firmly around my body and sighed painfully. I felt obligated to stand-up, and in regard to the ever-present instinct that had instructed me to, I followed. I swung my feet to the side, and bit-by-bit I pushed my self down to touch the floor that had a sub-zero, glacial feel; which had sent shivers down my spine. I looked below to see my bandaged foot, pastel colored bruises, barely visible, made a barrier around the end of the receding swath of bandages. My feet finally gathered up the strength to hold my body up, but for
extra support I held on to the bed in order to keep my balance. I rejoiced and began to stretch my arms and legs. As my poor yoga continued, Alice walked in, a cup of ice water in her hand and a broad smile spread out across her face.
“Sorry,” she began, “I couldn’t find the…”“I don’t mind,” I interrupted, taking the cup from her hand. The plastic cup was filled to the brim with water and the refreshing ice, whose coolness bled through the cup, and inflicted frost-bite into my hands.

~Fangs Of Premise~

CHAPTER 1:
Theories

I woke dazed, and ill with pain. Alice, my friend, sat at my corner starring at me with an unfathomable expression. I moaned as I seated myself up right, examining the infirmary room. Charcoal colored curtains were drawn to block the gaze of the sun in the window at the end of the lengthy room.
“So…,” I progressed, “What’s the verdict?”
Alice, stuttered,
“The doctor said you have nothing more than a couple of cuts here and there in addition to the sprained ankle on your left foot, although the rest of your body seems to be in an ordinary condition.”

I weaved my hair to the back of my neck, and then with curiosity I examined the pressure cuff a nurse had most likely situated on my wrist earlier, while I was still unconscious. I removed the cuff unhurriedly, waiting for Alice to return with the water I had asked her for moments before. I felt obligated to stand-up, so as the ever-present instinct instructed, I followed. I swung my feet to the side, and bit-by-bit I pushed my self down to touch the floor, which had a sub-zero, glacial feel that sent shivers up my spine. I looked below to see my bandaged foot, pastel colored bruises, barely visible, made a barrier around the end of the receding swath of bandages. I finally stood up, holding on to the bed in order to balance my self. At that moment Alice walked in, a cup of ice water in her hand and a broad smile spread out across her face.
“Sorry,” she began, “I couldn’t find the…”
“I don’t mind,” I interrupted, taking the cup from her hand. I took a sip gracefully, and was enchanted by the delight it had brought upon my bitterly dry mouth. Alice was cautious, examining my movements blissfully; content to see me doing better after seeing the crash. I was still quite surprised of the crash, after gliding across the ice into the forest, I had stilled walked away with no more foul than a sprained ankle and other minor injuries. Alice waited in patience at my side, reading my expressions. I stared at her and smirked; happy she had stuck around until I regained my consciousness.
“What time is it?” I questioned as the silence broke.

Segments idea?

Instead of putting out the entire story for you in one night and you waiting weeks for new parts i'll put on segments of the story every one or two days... Eh? Now isn't that just a spark of insanity or just a great idea!
~Fangs Of Premise~ will for sure be on sooner than you can say_{insert lengthy word here}_
That is how fast it will be on.--sarcasm.

Rushing won't solve a thing humans...

~Fangs Of Premise~ will be on tonight although I'd rather you didn't rush me because I am trying to make it the best it can be. In other words im editing right now and making the story just a tad more interesting...obviously because im the worst critic possible- A gothic, writer critic ={

Anyhow my deepest apoligies if it isn't on tonight. Also i beg you not to copy my story and make it your own, i find that quite (retarded) and bitter on my part, seeing that iv'e worked so hard on it...

~Fangs of Premise~

The story i have recently began writing, ~Fangs of Premise~, is coming out very well indeed. The story already has 7 pages, on Microsoft word, and isn't even done introducing the second main character. I find it quite genius as I skim over my work, not to act full of myself_ but i really like the story plot. Yes, i know what you are wondering, what is this about anyhow?
~Fangs of Premise~ is about 17 year old Veronica Halifax and how she had had gotten into a car crash, at the Gastle Mountians, =fictional place=, in Seattle. She walked away from this accident with no more foul than a badly injured ankle. It all appeared fine until her injury was over looked by Dr. Casp, the doctor whom worked at the hospital in the Gastle Moutains, discovered the accident had affected one of her vital aging tendants. Now veronica will begin aging unevenly, both rapidly and slowly. Until she meets Andrew, the vampire... In order to stop aging she will have to get biten by this "Andrew"; the flawless vampire?
